good point. I guess I would have to revise it for a treadmill. But on a track this might work well for me.

Can't post my diet but it was clean. Unfortunately i was a little low on the calories due to the fact that I was running around ALL DAY! I also weighed myself yesterday, 127.5. Which is about what I thought. Today is leg day and I'm getting ready to go to the gym right now! |

ok, i didn't post my leg workout from friday or my diet from friday or saturday. Reason being? I had to go home for one of my best friends bridal showers. Friday workout and diet were good. Saturday was an off day... and a cheat day in the diet.

C **big gap in diet here b/c i was traveling home and then i immediately went to the gym cardio from 12:30-1:10 200 mcg chromium 2:00 1/4 c. oatmeal 1 tbs natty pb 1 scoop whey 1 c spinach raw 1 tsp. light dressing 1 tbs. salsa Multi vitamin vit. C 5 g glutamine 10:30 1 scoop whey 5 g glutamine 200mcg chromium 1:00 1 c. spinach raw (w/ one sliced raw mushroom and one large black olive 1tbs. olive oil 1 tbs. salsa 1 tbs. 4%cottage cheese 2 oz tuna 1 veggie burger w/ a tiny bit of mustard and ketchup (sugar i know) *** the first 5 items all went into a salad. Is it okay to add all of this stuff during a cut? any suggestions here? 3:30 1 scoop whey 6:00 1 c. spinach w/ salsa 1 tsp. olive oil 1/2 c. 4% cottage cheese 2 oz tuna w/ salsa 1 slice low carb bread 1/2 c. mixed steamed veggies **and then I went back to my room and had an unsalted peanut binge** grrrrrr! 8:30 1 c. lettuce 1 tbs. light dressing 4.5 oz canned chicken ** and then i had ANOTHER peanut binge!!!! What is wrong with me? 11:00 1/2 c. low fat cottage cheese *** normally i would have a fat and a green veggie here but my calories were already getting high due to the peanut binges! Darn me!
