Yeah, I've been neglecting my journal big time...

well I guess I'll start back by posting my diet first...

9/13/04

Whole grain cereal/ with scoop of raw oats in skim milk
small glass OJ
multivitamin
creatine scoop

Protein Shake (whey, wheat germ, skim milk, natty pb, low fat coconut milk)

Ham on whole wheat with veggie cheese
handfull mini carrots
handfull soy nuts

Homeade Protein bars (Thanks guys!)

Fresh caught fish (flounder???)
sweet potatoe
greens

PWO shake

Cottage Cheese

Glad to see you made it back. Hope the finger healed up.
I am kind of in your boat. I neglected my journal for months and found out I was lacking motivation in the gym. I posted today and am going to stick with it. Good luck to you.

Oh, you asked about comments on your back routine...
More pull ups!!! Do five sets of pull ups if you can.
I started trying to either do five sets of 10 or how ever many sets it took me to get to 50 reps. It blows out those lats and you gain strength pretty quick.

Stay at it.
