superset DB Flat Flys
25 x 5
drop 20 x 7

wow quick chest workout! intense though. I used less weight than normal on bench cuz before I wasn't going down far enough so I did less weight.

DB Shoulder Press (standing)
ascending sets
5 x 8
10 x 8
15 x 8
20 x 8
25 x 2
descending sets
20 x
15 x
10 x
5 x 10

funny feeling when you can't press the 5 pounders lol. that was rough. I forgot about the side lateral raises though.

Assisted Parallell Dips
20 x 14,11,7,6,6

workout was a lot faster than usually. Great pump after though. looking forward to the rest of the 24 workout mass blitz

You can check out my diet through the link in my signiture. Its not perfectly clean, but I avoid processed carbs and simple carbs. one cheat meal a week [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

You forgot to do the incline bench for your chest in that 24 mass blitz workout. It's done after the flat bench, using the same reps, sets and shocks.

weight: 143! I lost 4 pounds since Jan 3. so that works out to a little more than a pound a week. I'm guessing most of that is fat, because I'm stronger than before, so I don't think I lostany muscle.

not sure if I did the sissy squats right but it did burn quite a bit
DB Lunges

Lying Leg Curls
5 x 12
drop 4 x 3
then i got a bad cramp in my calf, had to stop the set
5 x 8
drop 4 x partials
drop 3 x partials

didn't do calves because they were cramped up. good workout except for that. next time I'll try to go lower on the squats
