Hi,
I had joined the challenge and dropped out. Was working out at home in my country-gym that i had setup. (BTW if anyone wants info regarding setting up a cheap gym at home, pls message me) I have woken up again. Went back to the old gym where I used to worjout. Have started working out again there. Felt good going back there. With all the guys grunting around me and the music, the atmosphere is really inspiring. I am 79kg now. Plan to shed 9kgs. My friends say, if I shed my belly, everything else is fine. They really like my arms and shoulders. But what I want is more on my arms and shed the flab on my belly. I guess the mistake I made everytime when I start afresh is that I never started with a prayer. This time I am doing differently. I am starting with prayer. Guys I need your parayers too. All my life I had a certain amount of belly. I am 33 yrs old now and will be 34 this coming September. I dream of living atleast one day wihtout a belly. I hope God will bless me with the will to workout and stay away from unhealthy foods. Guys please remember me in your prayers. Roy

Was working biceps today. When I was doing barbell curls,
I noted that there was pain in my wrist. The pain was on the line joining my thumb with the wrist. This doesnt hurt when I doing hammer curls. Messaging did some relief. Any idea whats going on ? Roy

Guys,
So far soo good. Since the begining of this new schedule in the gym, when i wake up everyday, I have soreness, in the musclegroup I worked the day before. Kind of enjoying it. I guess this indicates that I am working the musclegroup enuf. Roy

Had terrific workout today. Worked Shoulders and forearms.
I felt like gnawing off my forearms like some one said. Worked the chest too. I am not concentrating much on chest. I already have fat there and if i put muscle also there it will pretty ugly like man-boobs. Tom is my favourite day with biceps. Wait for the post. Roy

Tho I didnt go to the gym today, I worked at home.
Had my baby-girl on the floor looking at her dad grunting while lifting weights. Felt a good pump. Doctor-pain curls and concentration curls were the stars today. For d-pain curls I took the rest-pause method. Felt really good and about 6 sets of those. Did a few squats. Seems like I have a small knee injury hence dropped it. Roy

Worked triceps and shoulders today. Missed working yesterday. BTW something interresting happened today.
There was this big guy doing BarBell curls with this huge bells. I just tried it when he was inbetween sets. Indeed it was heavy for me and I cud curl. But what interested me is that it really worked my biceps tho it was only a couple of curls. Time to switch my workouts, seems like my muscle have reached a plataeu. Heavier weights is probably what I need now. Roy

Hi,
I am going on vacation from thursday with wife and daughter. ITs kind of becoming a 1 week break for me. I will be staying in a forest resort for a couple of days. Roy
