Hopefully this journal will track my progress throughout 2004.
I currently weigh 65kg, up from 53kg in February 2003. Not too sure of my body fat, but I'd estimate it to be no higher than 14% <font color="red"> Goals </font> : -Bulk to 80kg -Squat 100kg for reps -Deadlift 140kg for reps -Focus on my triceps, chest and legs

Legs Squats (below parallel) 8 x 60kg 6 x 80kg 5 x 80kg Front Squats 8 x 60kg 5 x 65kg Hack Sled 12 x 40kg 14 x 60kg 12 x 60kg Seated leg curl 12 x level 4 10 x level 6 Shoulders Dumbell press 12 x 30lb 6 x 45lb 5 x 45lb Cable side laterals 12 x 20lb -> 6 x 10lb (3 second count at peak contraction on dropset) 12 x 20lb -> 8 x 10lb Seated shoulder press 12 x 25kg (using double negatives) Weight: 63.4 kg Notes: A fairly rushed workout as the gym was only open for half the day. I lost a few kg over new years but thats what happens when you drink I suppose.

It sucks .. whenever I get off track from my diet I lose like a kilo every couple of days.. I wish I was like most people who GAIN during chrissie, even if it is all fat [img]/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] ok maybe not..

***Bought some Vit C tabs today to combat this cold I can feel emerging.
Will be taking 4g/day I see some people also take it post workout. If anyone reads this.. what is a good amount to take, and should I just have it with my PWO shake? cheers
