Yeah writing down your workouts is a good idea, you can keep track of your progress and you can moniter your goals easier. Helps you stay motivated too. What's your height/weight?

thanks, yeah thats me. bicep is only 15in but i just started doing isolation exercises so hopefully i can bring the peak out. i've been lifting for 1 year now since the 20th so i still consider myself a rookie in bodybuilding

cool, i guess you do mostly heavy exercises like barbell curls? my arms have been 13 inches for like 2 years it seems. I'm gonna measure next month though, hopefully i'll see some gains. THey look bigger in the mirror at least [img]/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]

i just started doing curls and other isolation type movments, for the past year my basic routine has been compound lifts just trying to gain some mass.

Syddles, I will do that tomorrow!! I did somewhat of a superset if you could call it that with 1 leg calf raise then no rest and hit 2 leg calf raises, but it was just a spur of the moment calf workout today after my cardio [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
