Pilates=crap
You will get infinitely better results (and a lot quicker) by lifting heavy (to failure). Not only that, but you'll keep getting results whereas with pilates or whatnot you'll get results for about a month (the time it takes for your muscles to learn the movements) and then you'll get nothing else out of it. Lift! And don't be afraid to bench press and squat. |

Welcome aboard! I agree with what everyone else has said. You will see the best results if you lift heavy! I used the FIRM tapes for a long time and it was a huge waste! I saw NO improvement. If you can get to the gym, great, if not, look at the exercise lists on this site and use your brother's weights. Good luck!

Build muscles do weight training.. start once a week then gradually you'll find can do 5 x a week. Personally when I started going to the gym I signed up for 6 weeks only (mim. membership) later I am there everyday + made new friends .. we may think there is no time but really ( there is 5.45am or 9.00pm session). Pilates good for balance and core stability which is still a good idea but not for bdy building. good luck
