Hi ladies .. I haven't posted in a while but today I am having a real real bad day. I ate junk food all weekend as I had xmas parties and went overboard. Never mind that I feel guilty, my head is foggy and I feel so tired. I have a serious food hangover and want to go have a good workout tonight ... ugh! I already did spin this morning at 6:30 and it didn't wake me up at all. My eyes are droopy and want to close from fatty foods. HELP!!!

Bah! What's done is done! Time to move on! (I can say this cuz I was bad last week). Just go back to your normal foods today. It's good you started off with spin. As for the workout tonight, go anyway, and put as much effort you can into it. The feeling will pass, but it'll help when you stop feeling bad about it!

the easiest thing to do is not to worry about it anymore. what's done is done. move on from it, learn from it, and go to the gym and kick some butt! [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
