Today back in the gym (sickness AGAIN...I need to start supplementing with vit c). I did chest and tris and my performance was pretty weak in terms of my past. My left chest is bigger than my right and it makes me so mad...I don't know how to fix it and i fear it will just get worse! Anyways, here is the workout...
Chest Incline BB Bench 95 x 17 95 x 12 115 x 8 115 x 7 105 x 8 Flat DB Press 35 x 15 35 x 12 45 x 9 45 x 8 Flat BB Bench 115 x 10 115 x 8 115 x 6 105 x 8 Skull Crushers (With Bench BB) 45 x 16 65 x 8 65 x 6 60 x 8 60 x 7 55 x 10 55 x 8 French Press (In between sets using a 15 lb dumbell for left arm) 40 x 12 40 x 10 40 x 8 and also 50 pushups... |

Also, weigh in this morning was 184. Im losing weight too fast...But im always eating...just not bad things...

alright. Today's weigh in was also 184 I figured it was dehydration that brought down the weight on the previous day but it wasn't because I've been drinking SO much water...Anyways, today was back / bicep day. My left bicep sucks so now i refuse to do anymore barbell exercises. Weights lifted were by left only to failiure. Right can do much much more. Its sad really...

Its useless. Now because of this gimp arm, my other body parts are getting bigger than the otherside. My lat, pec and shoulder are all bigger because my left arm...DAAAAMMNN...oh well...I'm working hard to fix it... |

So Andrew is back to his journal just to put some stats in. I'm kinda lazy about this journal but I thought I'd post my progress for those who care to know. My weight this morning was 179.5 thats down from 191 at the start of my "cut" a few weeks ago.
On 1/06/04 i started my cut @ 191 Calves: 15 inches Quads: 22 inches Waist: 34 inches Chest: 42 inches Arms: 15 inches Today 1/28/04 I continue my cut @ approx 180 Calves: 15.5 inches Quads: 23.5 inches Waist: 32.5 inches Chest: 42 inches Arms: 14.8 inches I'm too lazy to post my workouts cuz i never write anything down anymore I'd really like to build up my chest but i don't see that happening on the cut. About 3 more weeks of cutting and then I'm clean bulking because I really broke the bad habits of poor eating. I also need to grab some dextrose and maltodextrin before the bulk. I plan to start creatine on the bulk as well so hopefully I am a responder... Updates will come when I bulk... |

So i've been bulking...Having a blast...its kind of a dirty bulk but oh well. Gaining strength pretty quick. I can now press the 70lb on flat dumbell bench for 4 reps. It's my goal to make it to the 100s [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]. Just thought I'd check in with the measurements. I hope to hit somewhere over 200 before i start to cut again. These are my progress numbers since starting my journal

I've been plateaued for a long time with no motivation but this has really helped me pack on a bit of muscle (and/or water) in a fairly short period of time. I am quite pleased with this. I've never been this heavy and still be able to fit into a size 32 pant! My goals are definitely to increase the size of my legs. They are fairly strong but they definitely need some size. My arms need about an inch to catch up to my calves. I'd also like to get my chest a smidge bigger. It seems like the gains had stayed in proportion somewhat so I'm happy about that. I need to increase the size of my left bi and tri as well. IT is now off by 1/2 an inch when 3 months ago, it was off by 1/4 inch. |
