I'd like to know how all of you girls keep loosing weight with X-mas season in full effect. My boobs along with the rest of me seem to be getting bigger every day... Don't know about you guys, but I'm glad there is only two weeks worth of excuses left for me

Ok so I don't really fit in to the boob conversation. But I will say yeah, I have about 1.5 weeks left before I go calorie counting

My boobs shrunk since I have been lifting too. But, because my pecs have grown it looks like I have more cleavage if I wear a low cut shirt. My husband has asked me a couple times if they have grown, which is funny since they have actually shrunk.

It is important to work out with a full support bra. Gravity can cause alot of damage, especially if you are bouncing around doing cardio. For me, it is so difficult because I sweat so much and I am so much more comfortable (heat-wise) without a bra. It is brually cold here in NJ and I work out with a tank top and shorts, which are soaking wet by the end of my workout. Even at home, when I do morning cardio on an elliptical, I am in the cold, damp basement almost naked and dripping with sweat. Not very glamourous, I am afraid.

Is it the “perks” of lifting or the “perkiness “ of lifting?

Since yesterday my boobs grew an inch more following the massive amounts of chocolate I consumed last night and today. I expect to fill a 34Z bra by the time x-mas is over.....

I feel that extra, unneeded calories/fat/sugar are always worth the intake when they come from chocolate. I refuse to give it up. YUMMM!

lol, it depends on what kind of chocolate... cheap chocolate is just not worth it, but good chocolate may be another story

Ender,
I think what is happening is you are developing better simetry, therefore the visual effect is for better. I've gone down on my size too. I first thought it was due to being on a cut for so long (as I dropped a bunch of bf%), however now I'm bulking and my size has remained the same.

Keep in mind that breast is mostly fat, so having a clean diet and lifting heavy will burn fat and build muscle in the pecs area.
