Christmas gifts

I have been with my gf for a little over a month and am wondering what I should get her for christmas. What type of gift would you ladies like to recieve from your boyfriend for christmas. I am also on limited funds because of college, so take that into consideration with your suggestions.

If the guy is going to buy something, I wouldn't want him to spend a lot of money... usually something that pertains to one of my interests will suffice. If he made me something however, that would just make me MELT! [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

If she really cares, she'll love whatever you get her as long as it shows you put thought into it.

one of the best gifts i ever got from a bf was a soccer ball. i used (still use) it so much. it definitely beat the car floor mats i got for my b-day one month earlier.

what are her interests?

Aren't you the one who works in the movie theater and she wanted you to take her there? Just take her to see the movie she picks, and uhh, bring the chocolates [img]/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

Since you've been together for only a month, something simple will work.

Syddles mentioned something that would involve her interests. A good idea would be to go out to the mall with her to window shop and keep your eyes and ears open to the things she likes.

Just don't buy her a present that you want too. :P

I'd love to help, but I'm not the typical kind of girl. My friend gives me a dvd or a cd of a movie or group I've said I wanted. My dad gives me tools. My grandpa gives me those crappy "robo animals" you get from Walgreens or Eckerds. But, he's kind of weird anyway.

Is there anything that she's said, "Oh I need to get that or I'd love to have that"? If so, get her that.

Yes, keep in mind things she has said she wants or needs.

Obviously, you haven't been together long, so something inexpensive will suffice.

I've only been with my boyfriend for 2 months, today, so I know I won't be spending a lot of money on a gift.

I had to recheck the age on the lingerie thing LOL!

Is she the same age? It's been a while since I was 21 or dating.

Best thing is to see what she likes and make it personal.

Megan, this is way off the subject but do you watch SpongeBob Squarepants? There is one episode where Patrick and SpongeBob are trying to sell chocolate bars. It is a classic.
