[/ QUOTE ] no this isn't an all diet thread i'm just trying to get some help on it, because that's what i need the most help on. i have read the 13wthcfbd and i use a fair amount of these prinicples. no offense, but did you read any of these diets or are you just going to keep telling me to read the diet? which i've obviously used as a basis for my diet. |

protein comes from food! Meat and eggs are excellent sources of protein! You don't need protein powder! Can't wait to see your diet in check

your bench press has very little emphasis on your performance in football unless your team passes alot and your a lineman... were talkin 2002-2003 raider style passing. the last years raiders ! |

Test ride of our new NordicTrack Elliptical! seeing if this puppy actually works (and holds 250 lbs!)
back in a bit with results! EDIT: Not allowed to! My dad said I have to use our stationary bike or something else until I get down to 230 before I can use the elliptical (NOT FOR USE BY PERSONS OVER 250) Even though I'm at 245. |

That sucks but I can see where your dad is coming from That should just inspire you to lose wieght and get your diet started immediately. |
