I think i might start calorie cycling. Not carb cycling yet .. I'll leave that for summer when diet can be perfected

PS: what does everyone think of doing some HIIT before going to the gym to lift? or will i be too drained?

I know this might sound horrifying but its worth a try. Wake up a little earlier and try to do some HIt before you go to school. Because you don't want to do a half assed HIT session or a vice versa with lifting. And if you go all out with the HIT than thats what is going to happen. Whats your split look like right now?

i don't know how i could do hit before school. i can't do it without an elliptical/stationary bike. my shins get to hurt. i'll see if i can get the stationary bike moved ... hopefully.. i'd have to tweak my diet though .. like a quick glass of oj before to get some energy?

well you could do it on an empty stomach but only some people can handle that. Whats your morning schedule like right now? Also maybe you could do it later on in the night like after your PWO shake and meal. All I know is that I think you would definetly not have a good lifting workout with a good HIT session in there. What I do is wake up at like 5:30 or even 6 and go swimming or do some HIT after letting my meal digest a bit. Maybe you could pick like 2 or so days that you could afford to go to bed earlier and then wake up earlier so youd have some more time.
