The weiner dog stopped working! I'll get it back up this weekend, as don't have the picture on my computer at home and this weekend I'm going to my dad's place, where I do have the picture! Yay.
[img]/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] While I wasn't at ABC, I lost 10 lbs, so I lost a little muscle, but I also lost some of the extra "insolation" in the tummy area, so it was worth it. Now I can just get more defined and stuff. I'm pretty happy with everything right now, I've gone from having trouble benching 30 lbs to being able to bench 60 lbs for reps. Yay Heather. |
