Good for you, dude. Good for you, starting this up at 14. Hang in there, man, because then you'd look like what I should be like now at 16 if I wasnt such a LAZY jackass. Until now of course.

Yeah, either way, everything is lookin fine for you right now.

Hey man, glad to see ya back. I'd ditch the bread too, it sucks on a cut. Sweet potatoes and of course veggies should take its place, maybe even some oatmeal. Maybe alternate, like have a sweet potato on workout days only, for the extra calories.

Good luck

You should really try and aviod bread all the time. 1-2 pieces a day would be fine if it is a must, but i dont think 3-4 a day would be good.

Welcome back.

I aet 4-6 slices of 100% stone ground wheat every day. You saw my pics from last week. We're all different. I wouldn't suggest bread to a guy who started lifting at 16% bf or higher, since they most likely would not take well to carbs. A guy like me, I could probably eat a whole loaf a day and not have problems

You're kinda in the middle from the old pics I saw before, so 2 will definitely be fine. Just make sure it's natural stuff.
