Right now, I'm 5'2", 129 lbs, 19% bf and I wear anything from a size 4-8 depending on the designer. I know that fitness competitors get down really low in their body fat for competitions, but still, I don't think I'd ever weigh as little as they do during competition (most of the ones I've seen who are my height are about 110-115). I've always been short and heavier set even when I was a gymnast. The rest of the girls on the team were like 90 lbs and I was 110. I know I have some more bf to lose, but I'm having a really hard time figuring out what's realisitic for my body. Help!

What's realistic for your body depends on what you are comfortable with and what you want your body to look like.

I agree with Nozzle. You don't have to concede to what you've "always been." Bodybuilding is about sculpting your physique. Here is a great quote from OldSchool:
[ QUOTE ] Are there limitations to sculpting our bodies? I firmly believe the answer to this question lies only within the limitations we inflict upon ourselves. [/ QUOTE ] Read this: Monumental Masterpiece: Creating a Cerebral Portrait

Hey there well I agree with the following posts but I also want to just mention a few of the pros that are not 115 pounds, Monica Brant stays right around 125 she is a little taller than you but not much and I must say that she always looks wonderful, Amy Fadlhi in her competition days stayed right around the same 120-125. Now one thing to say for these girls are that they are mostly lean muscle so they are have very low body fat, but that is for competition only and then they go back up to weights around 130-135 so that they stay healthy. Don't get down on what god gave you, becuase he saw something beautiful about everyone of us and it is up to us to show it off and make the best of it!! Work as hard as you can and you and your physique will reap the rewards!! Good luck and train and live hard!
