Hey ******68, just checked out your journal and we do pretty much have the same split. Will be nice to follow your progress and get an opinion on what exercises to do for the day. Also wanted to let you know that you have a great quote in your sig. It was on our rugby t-shirts from my freshman year in college. The look on my mom's face when I wore that home the first time... It's good to be back Goldmill. Thanks for stopping by.

Hey welcome back! I know you called them "fat legs" in your pic, but I can still see some nice separation there. Sounds like you've got a good plan to get back at it, so I'm sure you'll be where you want to be in no time. And I hear 'ya on the diet. Ice cream is my downfall! Heya Schless,

Forgot I named that pic 'Fat legs'- think it was a joke at the time, but who knows... Thanks for noticing what little definition is there. You must like the ice cream if you're the residing women's bulk champion . My poison is mint chocolate chip, what's yours?

Thanks for stopping by.

Hehehehe! Well, er, um, yeah....maybe I did have just a teeny tiny bit of ice cream on my bulk! My absolute fav is an extra thick butterscotch shake from Oberweis (gotta eat it with a spoon!). As far as what I eat at home, lately it's been egg nog and something called vanilla gorilla which has cookie chunks and white choc chunks in it. Mint CC is always good, as is cookie dough. Quite frankly, there's very few I don't like! Guess that's how I got the bulk title!

No, no, no. You got it all wrong. Jesus can't play rugby...

(A sure fire way to get banned for awhile would be to repeat verses from that particular song)

Howya doin GP? It's kinda weird posting again, but if I don't, I'll never write anything down. Hoping maybe this will help boost the progress a little.

And Schless, you just so tempted me to go out and buy some Weight Gainer Pro 3000 aka Oberweis. Haven't had the butterscotch milkshake before - it sounds way good. But alas, I'm a eating a bowl of some unidentifiable concoction I thought would be good for a post workout meal. No cheating on leg day, but tomorrow I have off, soooo... Haven't read much from here lately so I'm looking forward to seeing what you and the rest of the mods have written up over the last few months.

Cool triceps/biceps workout. Those exercises are pretty basic but add some serious mass. I sort of went with your routine for mine training too. Do you usually do all triceps then go to biceps or mix them up? I was kinda tired by the time I got to biceps, probably because I got a flu. Anyways, Keep it up man.
