Nice peak on them bi's.
Looks like everything is coming along nicely. I would work on adding mass and widening the back. Good job! |

Wow, those bi peaks are incredible especially combined with overall mass of you arms. Nice job! It looks to me like you might be neglecting mid and lower back a bit.

i don't have leg pics, and wont for very very long due to a serious injury.. i tore my acl, lcl, meniscus and broke my platella.. i couldn't walk for awhile and lost 2 inches from my right quad. it's a little better now after surgery. its been 6 months, but i can't squat with weight yet.
i haven't been neglecting back, it just isn't coming along as nicely as i wouild like. my back routine is this usually 4 sets bench over rows 4 sets seated rows 3 sets wide grip pull downs 3 sets close grip handle pulldowns 3 sets wide grip pull ups 3 sets hyperextensions it's weird cause i have upper back mass but almost no lower back mass so in the pic the muscles just start half way up my back.. i definitely need more lower back workouts thanks guys oh and yeah i'm 18, 6'2" 185-190 |
