Hi everyone,
I started the 24 workout mass blitz today, and let me tell you I found out I had muscles that I didn't know about [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] Is anyone else doing this same workout?

I am doing it right now too!!!! I LOVE it! The intensity is great.

Yep, just finished it in fact. Added over 5 lbs of LBM. Glad to see you're giving it a try. It's awesome! Can't say enough good things about it. I have not gotten a journal together yet but intend to, I will chck out the ABC Resource page for the spreadsheet thankx alot
