That's a great workout & thanks for sharing.
Try this next time. Do ten sets of ten increasing weight gradually each time with all the listed exercises. You will definately gain in the chest area! You can incorporate the ten sets of ten with any muscle group and score some great muscle tone. Just in case you ever get bored or reach a plateau. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
