When I first decided to start losing weight (yep...fat weight) I weighed 160lbs. My all time high...
Friday morning I weighed in at 150lbs!!!!!! I am so happy! I just fel so much leaner, tigher, more definition, back in some of my old clothes.... At the end of the challenge I plan to be down to 145lbs at least....things are looking up! Congratulations, Elle! It is very motivating to see your hard work in the Hyperplasia Challenge and now to hear how much it is paying off for you!
Way to go, Champ!

What am I doing?!?!?! I was 159lbs, am still 159lbs! Although looking more muscular. But I'd prefer to look leaner and less bulky, ie. less of the fat bulk and have more muscles peering through! I'm inspired, Elle! I have to stop cheating so much on my diet!

Good time to kick my butt in gear. GREAT job Elle! I can't brag. I started at 152 and I weigh - um, 152 still! Gonna fix that....

They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize. [26] So I run straight to the goal with purpose in every step. I am not like a boxer who misses his punches. [27] I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified. |

Congrats Elle!! Reaching each milestones is an important event...one step at at a time. They give power to your future goals, too. You can look back & see that you reached the one before & feel confident that you will, in the same manner, reach the next! Here you go, 145!

Lord Jesus Christ, Let me seek you by desiring you, & let me desire you by seeking you; Let me find you by loving you, & love you in finding you. I confess, Lord, with thanksgiving, that you have made me in your image, so that I can remember you, think of you, & love you. But that image is so worn & blotted out by faults, & darkened by the smoke of sin, that it cannot do that for which it was made unless you renew & refashion it. Lord, I am not trying to make my way to your height, for my understanding is in no way equal to that, but I do desire to understand a little of your truth which my heart already believes & loves. I do not seek to understand so that I can believe, but I believe so that I may understand; and what is more, I believe that unless I do believe, I shall not understand. --St. Anselm (1033-1109) |
