tis \'moi! ... a pic :)
hey guys....was just looking at our on-line running newsletter from track club & saw a pic of me from the last local race i did. thought i'd share with ya...

it was a local 5K...just one that the track club puts on. see the lady a few runners behind me with red hair? she's always ahead of me in the beginning of races & is great motivation for me toward the end! this pic was at the end of the race & i was ready to be done! as for my pace-lady in the pic, i hope i'm that speedy in 20 years! any more, its the folks who are older than i am who are my motivation! gives me hope for my future, activity-wise (at least the future on this earth--i figure in heaven we'll all be lightning-fast, super strong & tireless!)
