That was actually Linda Hamilton in T2 - she noted in an interview that preparing for the role was really strenuous. She did the workouts herself - real muscles, not doubled!

What generally bothers me is that all of these "big action stars" look like they are pushovers. Heck, I believe that every gal in this forum could kick their asses to next thursday. They have no muscles at all!

Linda Hamilton in Terminator and what about Demi Moore in G.I. Jane? (I doubt it was her doing all the pull ups...)

All those actresses from the TV series are just skinny chicks with silicone boobs........ That's what people want and that's what sells... AND it's all about business so unfortunately that's why female BB's need to loose that much muscle mass if they want to earn their life from acting....

Just saw an article in Oxygen where this girl had used JENNIFER ANISTON's arms as her role model! Called them "Rock and Roll arms". Does she have good arms?!! I see no definition here. This was in OXYGEN....not Shape or Self! Plus the fitness model aspiree looked pretty skinny herself...

Well, "Rock and Roll arms" usually mean "built on speed and coke", anyway.

I came home two nights ago, and my sister was watching a re-run of some Saturday Night Live where Aniston was hosting. I scared me how loose her underarms (triceps) were - they were swinging every-which way each time she made a gesture.
