hi,
my friend wants to start working out, her height is 5.4 normal weight for her height. Shes strickly a vegetarian and shes high metabolism. Her goal is to tone up. im not really sure what kind of work out routine should she follow shes going be working out 3 days a week. thankyou

What do you describe as normal weight?
My guess is you didn't get many responses because is very hard to build muscle without any protein intake. Protein is a must and she won't get any being vegetarian. Check the Exercise tab to design the split. Also, you are too vague saying her goal is "tone up". What? What body part? Finally, 3 days a week doesn't sound like a lot (because we don't know if she wants to do cardio or weight lifting or what), but you can check the Training section. There's a specific thread for splits. Good luck |

My guess is that as a vegetarian she doesn't eat eggs nor milk or dairy products (so no whey protein). Hmmm... this case is tough [img]/forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

she doenst eat egg either. her body is about 90 to 100 pounds. shes pretty slim now she just wants lil cuts i guess n tone up over all her body
