I've heard of using straps to help hold weights that are too much for the hands/forearms. Does anyone know how to do this? I have the same problem with several exercises. My forearms just burn like crazy (SLDL, cable rows and lat pulldowns all do this to me!) [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Ladies Do you do the SLDL's with alternating grip? Right hand over left hand under or vice versa? |

How do you keep the rod from wobbling though? I find that when using cables from biceps, the short rod that I hold on to wobbles a bit. Jenn, I use alternating grip. I use either left over right under and then rotate whenever I feel like it.
