Default VtecSol\'s first Training Journal (feel free to critique!!!)

First a little back round. I'm 19 years old, weigh 170 lbs, and im 6 ft tall.

I work out 5-6 days a week for about an hour-90 minutes.
Heres whats i generally try to do.


Monday---Back--- I do seated rows, Lat pull down, pull ups, and chin ups, Low back extensions?(not sure what you call them).

Tuesday---Chest and Arms--- I do bench, lots of different curls, and pec deck

Wednesday---Legs--- I do leg presses, squats, standing, and seated calve raises

Thursday---Shoulders-- I do arnold presses, rear delt, over head presses, and lat raises

Friday---Arms--- Hammers curls, preacher curls, concentraion curls.

sat and sun normally off.

I also do 15-20 minutes of cario each day, before or after i lift. and i work my abs 2-3 times a week.

I will start posting weights and results tonight after i work out!!
