Default Chest day

Happy chest day everyone!
I got a really great pump from my workout. I'll be posting later. I've never gotten a massive pump in my chest before now.

felt a little weak today, I'm going to raise the wieght on Pec compound.
All my weights will be going up soon. I feel stronger on most exercises but incl press was new and kind of tore me apart.

Hmm...it looks too me like you can go higher on the v bar pushdowns. i think you should most definetaly try california presses, they rock!!also, how far do you go down on the flys?just curious

I'll try it but the wider grip makes me feel a lot stronger. So the weight goes up.

How would you add it into my tricep routine? Should I take out the skulls for a while? Would you use about the same weight as skulls?

I go down to my shoulder. Sometimes I bend my arms a little more to get that last rep out.
I'm also using a method to work my inner chest. You do your reps with more flexing involved "like you're trying to squish a grape in the middle of your chest."

Default Hyenas in the iron jungle

So I just finished my chest workout! Got a great pump, and I go over to the cable machines where I encounter a strange creature in the iron jungle. A bunch of Gym hyenas. (these hyenas don't do anything they just waste time sitting around.) I stard doing my v-bar pressdowns and start failing at 10 on my 3rd set. It hurt!! I closed my eyes and ripped out the last 2 reps. and they all started laughing at me!!! Whats up with that?

It just hit me!! All of the sudden I am feeling that workout.
My whole chest reigon hurts. I worked everything I was aiming to!!
My tris got a good blast too.
My bis are healing, probably won't be sore by tomarrow.
My back is feeling ok. But I went easy on it, that's to be expected.

I'm maxing out on squats tomarrow. Any last minite advice?

Default Squat Max

I did 200lbs.

Then I did the rest of my workout. I got turned down for another date so I went really hard.
I almost got sick after one of my platform crunch sets.
