Default Winter-Time to go into my cave and BULK~Comments/Advice Welcome~

This is my journal from when I first started here at abc.Old Journal

I created this new one for my winter training season.

PS- For anyone new to the boards, my notation goes as follows:

For example
DB presses
40x12

This means I did Dumbell presses with 40 lb dumbells, the sets had 12 reps and I did 3 sets.

I am on a 3 day a week schedule

Tues-(Hit on sweet girl, ACTIVE RECOVERY!)
<font color="red">Wed-Legs/Shoulders/Abs</font>
Thurs-(Get date with sweet girl)
<font color="red">Fri- Back/Bi</font>
Sat-(Go out with sweet girl)
Alternating with

Mon-(Find a cute girl)
<font color="red">Tues-Chest/Tri</font>
Wed-(get to know cute girl)
<font color="red">Thurs-Legs/shoulders/abs</font>
Fri-(Go out with cute girl)
<font color="red">Sat-Back/Bi</font>

I decided to just take some vitimin C, Echinetia and Hammer through my workout!

It was chest/tri day and I came home for a post workout shake. I'll be eating a protien bar through my next class.
I'll post my workout when I get home- IT WAS AWESOME!!

ah man.there is nothing worse than 20 rep squats lol. i usually do 15, although i can get 20, and it KILLS. and not being able to walk is great [img]/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

How does my workout look? It was decent enough but I'm always open to criticism.

Default still sore!

Man my chest has only healed to about 75%; tris are at about 55-60%! [img]/forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img] I've got to max out tomarrow on flat bench press for a grade. Any suggestions before I have to max? [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
