ello everyone, i'm back! i was away due to school work and exams. exams have ended! i haven't been working out while preparing for exams. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] i measured myself before the exams, and the scale says 69kg and 39% bf. i started off at 44% bf, made a mistake when i first posted.
i bet i've gained back all those fats while preparing for exams, but i'll be back on my training program when i get back school on monday!

thanks soccerchick and exams weren't that good.
i haven't made my way to the gym yet, i've been procrastinating. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] anyway, a question for all. now that i've stopped my diet and workout for a couple of weeks, should i continue with them or come out with a new program? the reason why i didn't make my way to the gym these 2 days is because i'm not sure what to do there, i might not be able to lift that much weights if i continue with the original program. // ashrobo

Hey everyone!
I've been missing in action for a loooong while. Basically, I've gone off track and now wish to be back in action again. I lost about 4 bf % the last time round. It was kinda demoralising given the fact that I'd put in much more effort (esp. the diet) than I used to. I was basically cracking my head planning the diet (even though it was not up to standard). I just feel helpless in that aspect. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] Nevertheless, I shall take baby steps and have a lifestyle change again!
