I hav not been in the gym for at least a month. I was raking blueberries for about 3 weeks. I am on creatine right now but have not been using it for a while. I will be starting up again for a while. I hope i have not lost too much strength.
my stats: weight-250lbs max bench-215lbs max curl- 110lbs max deadlift-230lbs height-5'7" Hope to lose weight this year maybe 20-30lbs. I am going to have to try hard to do it. I am going to start working legs again, for I quit doing it.I kind of found that I was getting too bulky. The creatine was working well for me. I gained 10-12 pounds on my max lifts on some of them. I am drinking more water now that hoping that it will help me lose some weight this year. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img] |
