Ah, starting a journal at the beginning of a new month. can't wait to see what changes will occur this month...hopefully there will actually be some. just have to keep reminding myself to BE PATIENT!..that's one thing i am not, but anyway.
training legs today (sunday) here's the plan. QUADS: plateloaded squat 4x10,8,8,6-8 crableg press 3x 10, 8, 6 smith wide stance squats 2-3x? lying leg press 2-3x? leg ext 1-2x10-8 HAMS: ham curl 3x 10, 8, 6-8 deadlifts 5x 12-6 can't wait!!
