Once I start wearing shorts people will wonder what the heck I've been doing to have so many black and blues. I find the difference between sumo's and SLDL's is how far I go down. Sumo's I can touch, SLDL's I don't go all the way down. Sumo's it seems like I use legs, back arms in bring the weight up while SLDL's are more like a lever movement of the hips using hams and glutes to squeeze the weight up. Opposite of a good morning. |
