DB pullovers--12 40# 10 45# 8 50# 6 55#(This is combined weight. See below for tip) Flat BB bench--12 80# 10 85# 8 90# 6 95# ^ss/w DB flyes--12 20# 10 22.5# 8 25# 6 27.5# Decline BB bench--12 70# 10 75# 8 80# 6 85# ^ss/w butterfly thingie--12 20# 10 25# 8 30# 6 35#(nice 15 sec hold on the last set) Girlie pushups--3x15 OK. Everyone says they can't feel pullovers so they don't do them, right? Try this. Instead of one DB take 2 hex DB's (if you normally do 1 30 take 2 15's) and hold them together, the flat sides of the hex make it easy(relatively speaking, you'll see.) Hold them together through the whole ROM. Hello inner chest! I'm up early because I have to work. Boo Hoo. Happy Valentine's Day! |

your upper back and very good rear dealts.. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/ooo.gif[/img]..it's usually a neglected area.. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]..really great overall thickness in your back....the abs very noticible and coming off a bulk.. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img]..by the way, I wouldn't rule out competing...I'm a local NPC judge in my area and from what I see with a competition prep diet and someone putting on a nice even tan on show day, you wouldn't have to worry about stretch marks...you'd be great.. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]..don't sell yourself short...keep your goals high... [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]....I just get more and more impressed with every journal I read..... Sherman
