Thanks. I looked at some previous pics and I don't see them as uneven as this one so I "hope" it's the angle and the lighting. I've got to go back to the other way I took pics.

I went back and checked some more recent pics and they don't seem as lopsided so I am thinking it was the way I took the photo. I thought it was my right but then I realized since it's really a reflection of a reflection it's my left.

That is my full body. I am legless and frontless. Maybe when I get a tan, or when I have legs and glutes like yours!

Abs...the usual then 2 pullups wide grip palms facing out.

That is all the weight I can get on my pulldown weight pole. I'm wondering if I should just do 4 sets at the highest weight.

I haven't done GM's in a while but I really want to build up my spinal erectors.

Here's how I flex shoulders:

Front Delts: hands together in front, then pretend you're lifting a very heavy weight (a front raise) while keeping your hands at waist lever.

Side delts: Same as above, but now the "weight" is moving to the sides. Also lift the traps a lil, and roll your shoulder blades forward slightly (in a mirror you'll see this)

Rear Delts: arms at shoulder level, then flex backwards. Very tough to get at first, but you'll feel them. Different people have different angles to hit these, and you'll have to experiment around with them.

On the double rear bicep, hit it, then roll your wrists forward slightly to bring out your forearms some more. Pics look great, and you're right, you're shooting mo above and left of your back, plus in a mirror (which probably is not perfectly flat) so that'll add distortion as well.

You look ripped for coming from a bulk. Your back is awesome, very strong and great symetry.

You don't seem having put a lot of fat, regardless you are so harsh on yourself. I can see your ribs in both of the pics...
