Hi NM

I'm going to change up the split but I'm not extremely focused enough right now to do it properly.

I want to hit each body part in only 5 days and rotate it that way, hoping to add a little size before I actually cut.

From a psychological perspective only I know I need to drop some fat to get me motivated but I don't want to give up any LBM. I am quite comfortable under the winter clothes.

^ss/w wide BB squats--12 35# 10 40#(forgot to do a set)
Inner thigh isolation w/ball--75,50
^ss/w pelvic lift on ball--75,50

I had to do SLDL's before my leg ext/leg curls due to logistical weight replacement problems (I am too lazy to switch the weights around that much, weights already on the bar so SLDL time)
Normally (like there's a normal for legs anymore) I can go tit for tat ext. vs. curl weight-wise but my hams didn't cooperate so I had to drop weight between them. Quads are supposed to be stronger anyway.
My pants are so tight today. I am holding more water than the Hoover Dam. I will do some cardio tomorrow.

Thanks everyone!

Thanks to my renewed interest in squats my butt and legs have been killing me for 2 days. (I'm sure it's really the lunges though) I have noticed the "roundness" I had (that's sarcasm) has declined since I stopped going heavy and deep on the squats. Alas, another reason to keep doing them.

Is there any way you can get a better shot? I think your back has great definition regardless you are just coming from a bulk.

Is it possible you were rushing wit the pose? or that you were not really concentrating in the form for checking the camera? I dunno... I've seen your other pics and it's not like that.

How about a full body shot?
