I don't understand why I don't even come close to the same weight on the incline. I know it should be lower but by 16lbs? Weak lower pecs I guess! |

How is your bulk going so far? I too have a good difference in poundage btw Incl. BB press & flat BB press...I usually presses 95# for flat and 75# incl. Bulk is, well, bulky. This is my first real try. I'm trying to keep it simple so any future bulks can be tweaked accordingly. My uniform shorts for work are tight and a tad uncomfortable. I was about to post in the women's forum to see how the pro's (like yourself) handle this. (Besides ordering bigger sizes!) |

Back day
Hurricane Isabel(little bit of a misnomer here in NJ but prayers for those poor folks in NC) was here this am so i couldn't get in my pull-ups (I do them outside) but I did work a few in at work in the stall in the ladies room. Thank goodness no one walked in. BB Pullovers 2x 10 45# 8 50# 6 55# BB Rows 2x 12 65# 10 60# 8 65# 6 70# Deads-2x 12 110# 10 115# 8 120# 6 125# T-Bar-2x 10 60# 8 65# 6 70# 1 arm DB rows-2x 10 20# 8 25# 6 30# Standing rev DB flyes-2x 10 10# 8 12# 6 15# Menu--same as before, no extra CC today, and no peanut butter! I'm swearing off PB for a week. 2200 cals 33/33/33. I took some pics, I look like I'm holding more water than the Hoover Dam. |

Today was cardio and abs.
20 min HIIT then a nice brisk 2 mile walk. legs raises x 30 alt leg raises x 30 crunches x 50 side crunches 2 x 25 reverse crunch x 50 I used to be a cardio junkie but with each passing week I'd rather lift then run. I have no menu today. No peanut butter and no cottage cheese. Eggs and tuna I guess. |
