Yesterday was rest day. Today was a 3 mi.walk.
One more week of no cardio. And no abs. Menu was the same minus the PWO shakes. I don't think I should tweak anything this week. I like the shorter workouts especially arm day. I do want to play with my macros eventually. |

Today was arm day but I alternated tri's then bi's but it wasn't as good as last week. From now on I'll alternate but only which muscle I work first.

Or you could superset them? GetPsycho has good success doing that. I've odne it occasionally and liked it really well.

I love supersetting bi's and tri's. Really gets an awesome pump going!

I think when I shake things up again I am going to try some supersets. GetPsycho posted a good one the other day.
I had a great pump last week but my biceps were not as strong as normal. They were strong this week but I could still lift my arms when I was done. As a side note, I always thought the way to get that cut between the delts and the bi's/tri's was to get those "cannonball" delts ala Beth Horn. I am starting to notice though that having the tricep fully developed makes that cut really nice. |

I am going to cut cals next week and add cardio back in 1 day during the week and back to HIIT on Saturday. No peanut butter next week! |
