Stats! Age: 14 Weight: 160 BodyFat: Gotta still get my caliper Height: 5'8 BULKING! Workout Split! Monday: Chest/Biceps Tuesday:Cardio/Abs Wednesday:Triceps/Shoulders Thursday:Cardio/forearms Friday:Back/Traps Saturday: Legs (quads and calves), abs and forearms Sunday: Rest Is that all we need?

If anyone wanted to know well after 3 weeks of not benching I was at about 150 lbs (max) and today I maxed out at 170!!

Alrite A little change In my workout schedule tomorrow I will be doing my legs.. just cause I am so anxeious to work them out! will probably be doing Leg Press, Squats, Hack Squats, Half Squat, Lunges anything else?
