MY TRAINING This will be one of the most hardcore bulks in the history of Swedish bodybuilding. My program will be a hybrid of the Cliff Hanger workout (created by Jacob Wilson, President of the ABC), with the main difference being that I will not use the twice-a-day training split. This will make it exeptionally difficult. But I can do it. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img] Even though I started bulking this week, I will wait until September 1st until I commence this hardcore program. <ul type="square">[*]This won't be easy[*]This won't be over soon.[*]There is no Win or Loose[*]There is only WIN[/list] MY NUTRITION I will eat anything in my way. Period. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img] MY GOAL My goal is to gain as much LBM as possible, with the least gained fat possible. I am a very competitive person, and this is exactly what I need to keep me motivated. <ul type="square">[*]One week ago I weighed 160 pounds.[*]What will I weigh when the challenge ends? Well, here's the split I will be using for my extremely hardcore program:
<font color="blue"> Monday: Chest/Triceps Tuesday: Back/Shoulders/Traps Wednesday: Biceps/Forearms Thursday: Well-needed rest Friday: Legs/Calves Saturday: Rest Sunday (if I'm still alive): Rest </font> I will be cycling between edge/workout I/workoutII each time, and on different muscles. I'll write down all my workouts in detail each day (when I have time) during the challenge. I just hope I'll keep my bodyfat in check [img]/forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img] Days left: 8
