How was the journey through the iron jungle this week? Discover any new species of Gymnasticus moronicus or Cardiolotus bunnicus ??? Were you a nibbler, a grazer or a gorger? <font color="purple">Let me tell ya... </font> My workout were killer! I hit the irons and made them pay....but then "fluffed out" in front of the fridge. Well, not so bad. Not great either! So I grazed all week with a gorge or two...nothing out of control thank goodness! Yes Elle is hormonal, moody, puffy, tired and just plain old blah! By the way I must have looked at the gym this week, everyone stayed out of my way! [img]/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] How wise of them! |

Tough week but I made it - diet was spot on. Next week will see me back to 100% (crosses fingers, eyes and toes) [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I've been preparing for the challenge. Slowly upping my calories from cutting towards bulking. Otherwise I've had a great week, but fruits are getting ripe here so I've stuffing myself with way too many plums and apples. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img] [img]/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

this week has been really good food wise. my training is a different story though. it feels like my workouts haven't been as good as in the past and i've been dragging through most of the day. i've decided to take next week off to recharge, which works out perfect because i'm moving into a new house [img]/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] i'll bump up my calories to maintenance and take off from weights and cardio. i'll head back to the gym after labor day with a vengeance [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] i have a trip to florida at the end of october to get ready for, thats the perfect motivation

Ok. Hurt my wrist last week and could not lift this week. Diet very good. Did HIIT Monday and Thursday. 3 miles on treadmill @ 4.2 mph Tuesday and Friday. Can start lifting on Sunday--YYYYEEEEEAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!

not enough sleep.
Stuck well to the low-carb diet and managed to get rid of most of my bloating (caused by PMS and 4 days of pigging out) Workouts have been pretty good- evil DOMS in my legs today though so I didn't make it for spinning this morning. Hitting chest shoulders and tricep tonight hard instead! A good week [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] I am happy [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] BUT I'm off on holiday for three weeks no- that's 3 weeks without a gym and a huge chane of overeating. V stressed out by the prospect but must try to be strong and realise that one indulgence doesn't mean a whole fortnight of pigging out. |

Crappy week. To much crap going on at home with the wife and have not been focused enough for training no matter how much I've tried. Hopefully next week will be better. Maybe I should just move out that would make it better.
