Hey ladies!
Do you ever get so sore that you expect to see yourself just totally shredded the next time you look in the mirror? Lol That is how I have been feeling for the past 3 days (13 Weeks Workouts=PAIN!). I'm always suprised to find, when I do look in the mirror, that I'm not 100% LBM. Ha ha.

Oh yeah, me too! I've even been dreaming that I'm shredded, even when it has nothing to do with the dream. I just knew that this morning I'd have the best looking bum around based on how sore it was when I went to bed. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed. DOMS has many variables about it that affect a body builders mentality. I'm going to explore this in a future article!

After a really workout I always flex and ask hubby "did they GROW"? It sure FEELS like they should have :-) I should have these HUGE quads by now. So - WHERE are they?

I ALWAYS look so "shredded" when I feel sore. The shredded-ness disappears after the soreness and flex some to restore the shredded feel. Oh well....
