Thanks for all the welcomes! I'm ashamed to admit what I eat on a daily basis! [img]/forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]
Breakfast- English muffin or toast with peanut butter and coffee with lots(!) of cream and sugar Lunch- lunchmeat and cheese sandwich, sweet tea, potato chips Snacks- way too many! Dinner- we usually eat a lot of chicken and red meats, but we eat a lot of pastas too (Ask Mike (sickbikes) about my lasagna!). I know that I need to make alot of dietary changes, it just seems overwhelming at times. Mike has a pretty good weight bench with a lot of weights, so I do want to start strenth training. I usually try to spot Mike when he works out, now he can spot me! Hehehe- cyber sex sounds good, but not as good as the REAL thing!! LOL [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
