Since they have took all the good stuff off the shelves, does anyone know of any good diet pills, for some moreheklp in weight loss and you see results!

try the eca stack in the nutrition section, diet pills supposedly don't work, i have never tried them myself, but have not heard anything positive about them from anyone besides the manufacturer

Well I use to take GNC's stuff but then they took the ephredrene off the shelves and I havent seen any results since then! Grrrr....anything that works they take it off the shelve. I had a set of twins a year ago and man I gained s much weight, so I am working my butt off, but would like to also find something that gave me energy like those pills did!

We almost have a member die from ephedra to day. Thats how "good " that is. and it was in a e/c/a stack

a good, clean diet is the best "diet pill" i can recommend. |

I workout every morning! I workout for 2 hours every morning! One hour of cardio and one hour of strength training. I eat salads and apples everyday! Nothing else! I hate food! After dinner at night, I wait about 30 minutes and then my son and I go for a 1 mile run. Since April 3rd I have did this and all I have lost is 20 pds. I am getting very ill and fustrated!
