Default Power Thrash Workout

I was looking through an old M&F and saw the Power Thrash II workout. Anyone here ever try one or know anyone who did and had success with it? Its a 12 week program, mainly legs and cardio, but it would be different. Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks!

It's a great program if you can eat about 1000 calories more than you already do. The guy who does the Power Thrash programs trained Olympic athletes and those routines are pretty close to what these types of athletes use. So being that it's their full time job they can get away with it. people like us that work, go to school, i don't know. I tried I think PT 1 about 3 years ago, it was good for the first two weeks but then I got burned out. What killed me was the short rest periods of 30 seconds between a lot of sets and exercises. I usually take 60-90 for most of my standard exercises, but some of the exercises used in their like that squat- push press are really tiring (you squat, and at the bottom you push the bar up, like a behind the neck shoulder press, then bring it back to its normal position and squat up, ugh!).
