7-8 pounds of fat is a LOT! For me that's at least a full size in my clothes. I am about that far away from my pre-pregnancy weight and I looked WAY better then. My belly also looked way better but still had fat on it. That was the closest I have ever been to having a flat belly - even before kids. I have the curse of carrying my weight like a man. I look great in shorts and a sleeveless T-shirt but can't wear low rise with a half-shirt like I want!

I am at around 18% (between 19.6 and 17.4 in weekly measurings for the past month) and my LBM is 101lb. I don't really have definition, but I think a great part of that is due to holding water. I've always held a lot of it.
Anyway, I will be taking some pictures tomorrow and posting them, but I know that at least for me, I gotta drop another 2% or more to look the way I want, and I don't even wanna look shredded. I just look beefy right now. Maybe 121lb is too much weight for my height (5'2"). |

When you're a "normal dieter" you can only "just" tell a difference when someone looses 7-8 pounds, but when it's all fat it's another story! I hope the next part of the 7-8 pounds comes more from my tummy cuz I don't know where else it'll come from!
