I'd like to check with u ladies, which peanut butter is the best for bb? Like I see many eating peanut butter but I'm not sure if it's smooth (my personal fave) or crunchy or low fat or ? that's the most suitable or any peanut butter will do. btw, I assume it's a sin to add margarine on top of the bread before spreading on the peanut butter? I get fresh ground natural PB from a local farm, nothing like it! Super yummy! I get the no sugar added, natural kind made locally (Teddy) at the store if I run out though.

That sounds delicious! Unfortunately, I'm nowhere near a farm. It's all bottled. But I'm sure some of it has to be at least ok.

Yeah, I'd go for the natural, organic ones then.

Kroger Grocery makes a kind that's called "Just Right" and it has 33% less sugar & sodium. I also like to take raw peanuts and grind them up in my mini food processor, it's so good, but I only do a little at a time.

Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter is great, it has o grams of tans fatty acids, 2 tbsp.= 200 calories, 16g total fat, 2 g. sat fat, 0 cholestrol, 120 mg. sodium, toatl carbs os 7 g, fiber 2g, protein 7 g, and 2% iron. It is made by Smucker's and has to be refrigated after opening as and the oils will seperate so all you have to do is stire the peanut butter and yum. And it is pretty cheap here in Florida I buy it at Kash N' Karry or Wal-Mart for about $2.49 a jar.
I also make my own peanut butter and cashew butter when I really want a treat I just grind up on cup of nut and add 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil or olive oil whichever I have on hand and and stir or blend in food processor that way you can control how smooth or chrunchy you want the peanut or cashew butter. Hope this helps. Love & Happiness Autumn

I use "YUM" brand ingredients: peanuts. I buy at a health food store.
