Ohhh, I forgot Diet Coke. Not bad for cals, just takes the place of water, which I should be drinking. It's mainly a problem when I'm at work, though, I'm pretty good at home. I just cracked open my 5th one of the day, that's what made me think of it!

Mine is definitely chocolate, followed by anything else sweet and carby ...hmmmm .... muffins. It took me a year to break my "muffin a day" habit.

I don't keep any of these things in the house while I am on my cut....it's just too tempting.

My boyfriend is not allowed to bring anything "fattening" into the house to tempt me ...the rule is he can stuff himself on junk anywhere he likes, just not when I'm around and don't have it in the house. It's just too cruel !

Popcorn is high GI too.

Peanut butter is good, I think the people who mentioned it have problems with portion control, not with the food itself.

Geez, i remember when i was a kid and would drink nothing but soda pop. my brothers and i were so addicted to the stuff, we would ration them out whenever our parents bought any.

i hardly ever touch the stuff these days. it doesn't even taste all that good. i did have some the other day because i needed some caffine and i HATE coffee.

Mine is any Mexican food, especially refried beans and chicken enchiladas. YUMMY! I'm a sucker for some quick and dirty Taco Bell if I'm alone and broke. I could eat a bag of Tostitos and a jar of salsa in one sitting, too!

Also, apple pie is a pretty big weakness. But I'm picky about it. I only like the homemade pie I make. Good thing it takes two hours and I only make it for my dad in leiu of presents on gift giving occasions.

I agree that the banana thing was eye opening. I bought some Sunday night and this morning they were still GREEN! So I took them back and didn't get anymore. Yay for lucky mistakes!!

Put them in a paper bag with an apple and they will quickly ripen.

Mine for the past few months has been pizza and definitely cereals like rasin bran, oatmeal crisp, wheaties, and stuff of the like. Of course, I usually only end up eating them when I'm either really bored or I run out of stuff to make good meals with, which is usually by Friday night. I actually just ate 3 pieces of pizza and 3 cheese filled bread sticks about an hour ago too...
