I've noticed other "little things." I made broiled fish and salad for dinner the other night and my 12 year old stepson said, "Great dinner Mom" and MEANT it! I came home yesterday and he was munching on my baby carrots. And this is a child who ate pop tarts everyday for six months!
As for my body, I'm glad not to have my belly resting on the bed when I lay on my side to sleep...

Yes! I know get 2 mats instead of just one at the gym. I always used to see women doing that and thought they were just being snotty, why take 2? LOL

Squating also works to make it smaller, if you have a fat butt.

The butt, in case you have a giantly fat one like mine used to be. Build more muscle on the quads, which is one of the largest muscles in the body ---&gt; lose body fat ----&gt; get smaller butt.

Hehe, my little thing:

I stay at my dad's every other weekend, adn in my room at his house, he has a mirror - a mirror of horrors. It makes you look terribly chubby, no matter how skinny you are. Drove me absolutely NUTS! Then, this morning I woke up and looked in the mirror, and was shocked to see that in the mirror I saw defined abs, legs, arms, you name it...and it was ME!!!! MEE!!!! I looked great, even in the chubby mirror! Yay!!!!! *dances around* Sorry. Just really happy! lol [img]/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
