I went back to the gym last night and hit my biceps and triceps pretty hard. My biceps have really been lagging behind the rest of me. So I decided to increase my biceps workout to 2 or 3 times a week. I was not able to do all of my bicep routine last night because there must have been about 100 people in the weight room, seriously! So I was not able to get my hands on all the equipment that I wanted!
Arms: Bicep Curl w/DB: 15x10, 20x10, 20x10 Tricep Pulldown w/cable: 60x10, 80x10, 100x5, 110x4, 80x6 Tricep w/cable full motion: 80x10, 80x10 That is all I could fit! And the bad part is, half of the people that are out there have no clue what they are doing and I always feel like telling how to do it right but I don't want to step on anyone's toes! I also finshed up on the leg press because in the morning we had run out of time. Legs: Leg Press: 290x10, 310x10 Calve Raise: 29x20, 310x20 I felt so good on the tricep pulldown because this guy was doing his set in between mine and I kept on doing the same weight as he did and he started to get upset, I guess girls are not supposed to be able to lift as much as guys! Oh well, I felt good about it! [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] Last I did some abs and some push ups: 50 normal crunches hold in the up position for 1 min. Pulse from the up position for 50 reps 25 ankel grab crunches on each side hold for 1 min. pulse for 50 Criss cross crunch for 100 hold for 1 min. pulse for 50 20 leg lifts hold for 1 min. Pulse for 50 20 jack knifes on each side 30 push ups- I was upset with the push ups because I used to be able to 50-60 (on the toes, not knees) and last night only 30 so maybe my arms were just tired since I did them at the end of the workout.

I am finally writing in my journal again! I got my body fat taken and it was 26%. Which means I have 99.9 pounds of lean muscle and 35.1 pounds of fat. That sounds gross! I am aiming for a 20% body fat test.

Hello, I am back on this site!
I have continued to train since the last post and have pretty much stayed the same weight wise. I finished school - graduated in May and I work as the wellness coordinator at a place that helps the mentally ill get back into society. I will try to start posting here again because I have been in a burned out stage for a while now and reading my old journal got me excited to push forward again and really get serious. It is good to be back!
