Default Re: Leg day

[ QUOTE ]
are u on a cut? cuz if u are im thinkint 12 is too many reps, and are all 6 sets of squats warmup?? cuz if it is thats way too many. warmup is just really lite weight to get the bloodflowing. the leg extensions look good n the squat is the same as ur warmup so iunno wuts going on there. im thinking u should do a one or two set warmup at a very lite weight prob bout 40-50lbs?? then do 4 heavier sets u can prob do like 135 or more im assumeing since u did like 10 sets of squats. then keep the legextenions n heel raises after extensions.

I'm tryin to bulk right now. I stay in the 8-12 rep range for almost everything. Different body parts change that a little. Only the first set was warmup. Yeah, 6 sets would be a little too much . Thanks I like the ideas. I like to superset the squats with the heel raises. Not good? I'll try that warmup and go a little heavier. I had some form issues I finally sorted out with GP.
Thanks for your help!

Default Chest day

Messed up my forearm so I had to drop out of the hyperplasia challenge.
I'm doing better now but I am too far behind now and I'm going light on the weight for a while.

I got in a chest only workout.
Teacher made me rep out with just the 45lb olympic BP bar.
50 reps in 1 min. and I refused to do them any faster!
Then I did
DB press- 15x20 (warmup)

DB press (working)
12x40
12x40
12x40

DB Fly
12x35
12x35
12x35

Chest compound
12x35
12x35
12x40 OW!!

NOTE: Adding incline moves next time

Default After Arm day

Am I doing something wrong?
I did a hardcore workout till my bis were screaming! And today no doms! I know muscle growth and doms don't have a direct correlation but I feel like I didn't do anything.

Getting depressed (arms are my weakest point)

I think I'm going to Get back on animal's routine Week 3&4 (I haven't had enough time cause my gym teacher is always late). Any opinions would be helpful.
